A philosopher professor while delivering the lecture took a big jar and filled it with big stones, he asked his students if the bottle was full.

They said that it was. Then he took lots of small stones and put them in the jarr. He asked again if the jarr was full. They consented. Then he put the sand into the jarr. Think of your life by this example. Big stones are important: family, partner, health and kids. All that will fill your life. Small stones are less important: work, house, apartment or a car. Sand means life trifles, everyday life. If one fills the jarr with sand then there won't be any place for big stones.

Do not waste life on trifles, concentrate on important things- big stones, they are the most valuable, the rest is the sand.
